Terms of Service

1. The service

Proxi provides website design, hosting, domain registration, email setup, AI receptionist services, Google Business Profile setup, local SEO and related digital services for small businesses, described in the Snap, Flow and Max plans on our website.

2. Payment terms

• All plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe or PayPal.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to first-time subscribers. To qualify, you must request your refund in writing within 30 days of your initial payment date. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The guarantee applies once per customer and is not available on subsequent subscriptions, upgrades or once-off add-ons.

4. Cancellation

No contracts. You can cancel anytime by emailing kobus@proxi.co.za or via WhatsApp. After cancellation we will hand over your domain to you. Hosting, AI services and any included email accounts will be deactivated at the end of your billing month.

5. Intellectual property

Content you provide (text, photos, branding) remains your property. The design, code and infrastructure used to deliver your website remain the intellectual property of Cozi Bear (Pty) Ltd and are licensed to you for use under an active subscription.

5a. Domain & Asset Ownership

Your .co.za domain and all associated digital assets (email setup, DNS configuration, hosting environment) are registered and managed by Cozi Bear (Pty) Ltd on your behalf for the duration of your subscription. Should you wish to cancel and take ownership of your domain and assets, a once-off transfer fee of R970 applies. This excludes the website template, which remains the property of Cozi Bear (Pty) Ltd. Transfer is processed within 5 business days of payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Proxi services for any unlawful purpose, to host illegal content, or to send unsolicited bulk email (spam). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Cozi Bear (Pty) Ltd's total liability to you in respect of any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
